Pricing Information

Introduction

In accordance with regulatory requirements, we are committed to providing clear and accessible pricing information for privately funded immigration work.

For other areas of law we cover or for more complex immigration matters, including human rights and appeals, please contact us directly. This will allow us to provide a more thorough analysis of your requirements.

The price ranges below are based on the complexity of the application, such as the duration of stay, the number of parties, the involvement of children, the volume of evidence, and the overall experience of the case worker.

VAT Charges

All prices are exclusive of VAT (where applicable). Currently, VAT is not applicable to us.

Fixed Fee Pricing

Most immigration work is handled on a fixed-fee basis. This means that we provide a single fee covering all professional services from the start to the end of your case. Fixed fees do not include Home Office fees, other disbursements, VAT (which is not applicable at this stage), or translation/interpretation services.

We strive to indicate the likelihood and range of these additional costs at the outset and will agree on fixed prices for them whenever possible.

Factors Affecting Costs

Costs vary depending on factors such as:

  • The average hours required to prepare the application
  • The complexity of the case
  • The number of documents involved
  • Whether dependents are included in the application
