Refund Policy – SKK Solicitors
At SKK Solicitors, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy. Please note the following terms:
- No Refunds Once Engaged:
We do not issue refunds once an engagement letter has been sent, and/or disbursements have been paid, or a liability for disbursements has been incurred. - Refund Conditions:
If you request a refund of some or all of the funds paid, we will deduct:

- Direct costs incurred by us.
- Fees for work completed up to the date of your refund request.
- Any applicable VAT, disbursements, or other costs incurred in line with your instructions.
- Requesting a Refund:

- To request a refund, please contact your solicitor or the person handling your matter.
- Your solicitor/caseworker will review the request and refer it to our accounts team for assessment.
- Processing Time:
Refunds approved by the accounts team will be processed via bank transfer within 28 working days of the agreement.
